National Illustration Day
This term, we marked the very first National Illustration Day by exploring the wonders created by children’s illustrators. We visited the library to delve into our books and find our favourite illustrations to then recreate.
The children talked about their favourite illustrators and what they liked about their chosen illustration.
We now have a beautiful Stanton Illustrators display adorning our library corridor.
Last week Darling and Amazon Class performed the most incredible showstopper performance of Bethlehem Bake Off to our friends, families and all those dear to us.
It was a sensational retelling of a group of angels, wise men and shepherds who were on route to see the birth of baby Jesus. Whilst on their journey, they stopped at the Bethlehem Bake Off Inn to take part in the prestigious baking competition, to try to win the prize of Celestial Baker 
The children made us so exceptionally proud of their efforts; performing their lines, singing and dancing, and filling us with such warmth and festivities at this special time of year.
