On Monday Amazon class had a whole day of science. We learned about different states of matter, and learned about how things can be solid or liquid and how liquids can have different viscosity that makes them run really slowly.

Then we looked at things that dissolve and things that don't.

We finished the day by dissolving some sugar in water to make peppermint creams!
